Please read our information section on COVID 19, which covers our new salon procedures and what you can expect during your visit to the salon.
We are an exclusive salon and run by appointment only, please see our booking system through our website for availability.
Bonds Beauty will contact you to pay a deposit which will be done by bank transfer, your appointment will then be confirmed & no refunds are given.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or amend your appointment booking so that we are able to offer your appointment time to someone else. You will be charged half of your treatment cost for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.
We understand from time to time you may be delayed and arrive late for your appointment. On these rare occasions we may not be able to carry out the your full treatment. We will try to accommodate you as best we can with the time we have on the day. With this in mind we may have to rearrange your appointment.
We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
We reserve the right to amend, modify and alter the cost for treatments without prior notice to our clients. Prices may differ to that shown on emails, messages, literature, Ovatu or our website.
For insurance reasons and the comfort of other clients having relaxing treatments we have a “No children or babies” policy at the salon. We cannot accept any responsibility for a child’s welfare so for the safety of us, the salon, and the child we ask our clients not to bring young children into the salon.
We also ask you not to bring in friends or family as we are a small salon and cannot accommodate anyone else other than the clients booked in.
Please note our beauty salon is accessible by stairs and we are on the second floor within Finn & Co hair salon.
Under 16's will need parental consent for treatments.
If your treatment did not reach your expectations then please email us within 24hrs and we will do our up most to resolve this.
